The following changes have been applied to the store: [#291] (December 3, 2025)

The store’s design has been updated to match the look and feel of the reference site.
All CDC fields have been set to non-required.
In the storefront, the labels for all CDC fields have been updated to include “(required)”.
The Continue button in the CDC section at checkout is now disabled by default and will only be enabled if any of the following conditions are met:
- The shopper selects “No” in the “Are you paying for the order via Employee Payroll Deduction?” CDC field and “Ship to Home” in the “Will you be Delivering to Department, or Shipping to Home?” CDC field.
- The shopper selects “Yes” in the Payroll Deduction field and all related CDC fields, including the checkbox, have values or is marked as "checked".
- The shopper selects “Delivery to Department” in the Shipping Preference field and all related CDC fields have values.
The label for the Acknowledgement CDC under “…Payroll Deduction Information” has been updated to “Payroll Deduction Authorization Acknowledgement”.
- If the user selects “Yes” in the “…will you be paying for your order via Payroll Deduction?” field, the value entered automatically will be “Payroll Deduction Acknowledged”.
- On the storefront, the shopper will only see an acknowledgement checkbox and the provided verbiage, rather than entering free text, to improve user experience.
The “…will you be paying for your order via Payroll Deduction?” and “…Employee Payroll Deduction Information” CDC subsections are now hidden if the Cart Total is less than $10 or greater than $250.
The “…Employee Payroll Deduction Information” CDC subsection is now visible only when the shopper selects “Yes” in the Payroll Deduction CDC field.
The “Deliver to Department” CDC subsection is now visible only if the shopper selects “Delivery to Department” in the Shipping Preferences CDC field.
The Shipping Method section of checkout will now only display “Ground (Deliver to Department)” if the shopper selected “Deliver to Department” in the Shipping Preferences CDC subsection. If “Ship to Home” is selected, “Ground (Deliver to Department)” will be hidden and all other shipping methods will be available.
The Billing Method section of checkout has been updated to hide the Payroll Deduction payment option if the Cart Total is less than $10 or greater than $250. It will only be displayed if the Cart Total is within $10–$250 and the shopper selected “Yes” in the Payroll Deduction CDC field.
